E4 has set a September UK premiere date for Season 3 of the brilliant DC animated series ‘Harley Quinn‘ the broadcaster has announced.
Harley Quinn (Kaley Cuoco) has finally broken things off once and for all with the Joker and attempts to make it on her own as the criminal Queenpin of Gotham City with the help of Poison Ivy (Lake Bell) and a ragtag crew of DC castoffs in this half-hour adult animated action-comedy series. “Harlivy” strives to become the best version of themselves while also working towards Ivy’s long-desired plan of transforming Gotham into an Eden paradise.
As we return to the mayhem and madness in season three, in celebration of their new relationship, Harley and Ivy embark on an ‘Eat Bang Kill’ tour – but their trip is upended when Harley accidentally kidnaps the head of the Suicide Squad. Meanwhile, Clayface gets a job on the Bruce Wayne biopic, and Commissioner Gordon’s fledgling mayoral campaign receives an unexpected boost.
The series stars Kaley Cuoco (Harley Quinn), Lake Bell (Poison Ivy), Ron Funches (King Shark), JB Smoove (Frank the Plant), Alan Tudyk (Clayface/The Joker), Matt Oberg (Kite Man), Christopher Meloni (Commissioner Gordon), Andy Daly (Two-Face), Diedrich Bader (Batman/Bruce Wayne), James Adomian (Bane), Sanaa Lathan (Selina Kyle), Briana Cuoco (Batgirl/Barbara Gordon), and Harvey Guillen (Nightwing).
