Disney+ Sets June UK Premiere Date For ‘9-1-1: Lone Star’ Season 4, Part 2
Disney+ UK has set a June return date for ‘9-1-1: Lone Star‘ Season 4, Part 2, which sees the Texas firefighters back on our screens for the remainder of the current series.
‘9-1-1: Lone Star’ explores the high-pressure experiences of first responders, including police officers, firefighters and dispatchers, who are thrust into the most frightening, shocking and heart-stopping situations in Texas. These emergency responders must try to balance saving those who are at their most vulnerable with solving the problems in their own lives. The show draws from real-life, high-pressure experiences of first responders who regularly face heart-stopping situations that are often unpredictable, intense and uplifting at the same time.
As we return for the tenth episode of season four, Tommy (Gina Torres) goes paramedic crew-to-crew against her former employer, private contractors Paragon Medics. Owen (Rob Lowe) hits it off with a beautiful woman he meets at a fundraiser.
Alongside Lowe and Torres, the series stars Brian Michael Smith as Paul Strickland, Brianna Baker as Nancy Gillian, Jim Parrack as Judson “Judd” Ryder, Julian Works as Mateo Chavez, Natacha Karam as Marjan Marwani, Rafael Silva as Carlos Reyes, Ronen Rubinstein as Tyler Kennedy “TK” Strand, and Sierra McClain as Grace Ryder.
‘9-1-1: Lone Star‘ was recently renewed on FOX in the USA for Season 5, however, the main ‘9-1-1‘ parent series will be shifting networks over there from FOX to ABC when it returns for its 7th Season. This will not alter anything for the UK audience, where both shows will continue to air on Disney+, although it does mean it is extremely unlikely we will get any more crossovers whilst the shows are on different US networks.
The series is created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Tim Minear. It is produced by 20th Television in association with Ryan Murphy Television and Brad Falchuk Teley-Vision.
‘9-1-1: Lone Star‘ Season 4, Part 2 premieres Wednesday, 28th June 2023 on Disney+ UK, with new episodes dropping weekly. The drama airs on FOX in the USA.
