‘A Taste of Disney+’ Brings Marvel, Shonda Rhimes, and Chris Hemsworth to ITVX This November and December

The unlikely streaming partnership between The Walt Disney Company and ITV continues to bear fruit this winter, as the next wave of ‘A Taste of Disney+’ titles land on ITVX throughout November and December.

The cross-promotion deal, first launched in summer 2025 alongside ‘A Taste of ITVX’ on Disney+, allows viewers to sample a rotating selection of each other’s shows without leaving their respective platforms. This latest slate includes everything from Shondaland drama and Marvel heroes to crime thrillers and family-friendly adventures.

Here’s what’s coming to ITVX as part of ‘A Taste of Disney+’:

From Tuesday, 5th November

‘Private Practice’ – From creator Shonda Rhimes (Grey’s Anatomy), this spin-off follows the doctors of Seaside Health and Wellness as they tackle medical cases with complex moral dilemmas. They may clash, but they remain close friends at heart.

From Tuesday, 12th November

‘The Old Man’Jeff Bridges (Crazy Heart) stars as Dan Chase, a former CIA operative forced out of hiding when his past catches up with him. It’s a gripping, mature espionage thriller that pairs Bridges with John Lithgow (Dexter).

From Tuesday, 26th November

‘Hawkeye’ – Set in post-Blip New York City, the Marvel Studios series sees Jeremy Renner return as Clint Barton, trying to make it home for Christmas. When ghosts from his past reappear, he teams up with eager protégé Kate Bishop, played by Hailee Steinfeld (Arcane), in a festive action caper.

‘The Great North’ – An animated comedy following single dad Beef and the eccentric Tobin family as they navigate life in the wilds of Alaska. From the creators of Bob’s Burgers, it’s as wholesome as it is wonderfully weird.

‘The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild’ – The prehistoric comedy continues as possum brothers Crash and Eddie go rogue, only to end up in a lost world full of dinosaurs. Luckily, one-eyed weasel Buck (voiced by Simon Pegg) is on hand to save the day.

‘High School Musical: The Musical: The Series’ – It’s time to sing, dance, and cause teen drama at East High. This meta-comedy reinvents the High School Musical franchise with a talented new cast led by Olivia Rodrigo and Joshua Bassett.

From Tuesday, 3rd December

‘Limitless with Chris Hemsworth’Chris Hemsworth (Thor) pushes his mind and body to their limits in this National Geographic docuseries, taking on extreme challenges to explore how humans can live longer, healthier lives.

‘Wild Crime’ – A real-world crime series following the small but mighty team of National Park Service investigators who solve murders and mysteries across America’s vast wilderness.

From Tuesday, 10th December

‘Puppy Dog Pals’ – Perfect for younger audiences, this Disney Junior favourite follows two adventurous pug brothers, Bingo and Rolly, as they take on missions around the neighbourhood (and occasionally, the world).

‘High Potential’ – From Drew Goddard (The Martian, The Good Place), this quirky procedural stars Kaitlin Olson (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia) as a brilliant single mum whose knack for solving crimes lands her in partnership with straight-laced detective Daniel Sunjata (Graceland).

From Wednesday, 24th December

‘UnPrisoned’Kerry Washington (Scandal) stars in this heartfelt dramedy about a relationship coach whose life is turned upside down when her estranged father (Delroy Lindo, The Good Fight) moves in after 17 years in prison.

‘9-1-1: Lone Star’Rob Lowe (Parks and Recreation) leads this high-stakes procedural spin-off, following a New York firefighter rebuilding his life and career in Texas. Expect emotional drama, blazing rescues, and a generous helping of heart.

The full lineup offers something for everyone — from prestige drama to family fare — and continues to strengthen the Disney–ITV partnership. ‘A Taste of Disney+’ arrives throughout November and December, streaming free on ITVX.

NOTE: ‘A Taste of Disney+’ does not have an exact end date but will air as part of ITVX’s seasonal rotation of featured content. So be aware, if you start binge-watching a series, it could disappear from the platform after around four to six weeks, although it will, of course, still be available to stream in full on Disney+ UK.

If you want to keep track of this or any other shows, you can add them via our Never Miss system, and you’ll be notified when it gets a UK premiere date. Visit Never Miss.
