Disney+ has unveiled the official trailer for ‘The Beauty’, a new FX original drama arriving on the streamer later this January in the UK. The series comes from executive producer Ryan Murphy and promises a glossy, unsettling thriller that mixes high fashion, body horror, and global conspiracy.
Set against the rarefied world of international modelling, ‘The Beauty’ begins when supermodels start dying in brutal and mysterious circumstances. The investigation draws FBI Agents Cooper Madsen and Jordan Bennett into a case that rapidly spirals beyond murder, uncovering a sexually transmitted virus that turns ordinary people into images of physical perfection. The catch is that perfection comes with horrifying consequences.
The cast is led by Evan Peters, Rebecca Hall, Anthony Ramos, Jeremy Pope, and Ashton Kutcher. As the agents chase answers across Paris, Venice, Rome, and New York, they find themselves up against a shadowy tech billionaire and his deadly enforcer, while an expanding epidemic threatens to change humanity itself.
The series is created and written by Ryan Murphy and Matthew Hodgson, and is based on the comic book series written by Jeremy Haun and Jason A. Hurley. Murphy executive produces alongside Hodgson, the lead cast, and a large producing team, with the show produced by 20th Television for FX.
Guest stars include Amelia Gray Hamlin, Ari Graynor, Bella Hadid, Ben Platt, Billy Eichner, Isabella Rossellini, Jaquel Spivey, Jessica Alexander, Jon Jon Briones, John Carroll Lynch, Julie Halston, Lux Pascal, Meghan Trainor, Nicola Peltz Beckham, Peter Gallagher, and Vincent D’Onofrio.
‘The Beauty’ Season 1 premieres Thursday, 22nd January 2026 on Disney+ in the UK, launching with the first three episodes. If I want to keep track of this or any other shows, I can add them via our Never Miss system, and I’ll be notified when it gets a UK premiere date. Visit Never Miss.
