ITVX has revealed the next batch of titles landing as part of its ongoing ‘Taste of Disney+’ promotion, bringing another wave of Disney-owned series and films to the free streaming platform across April and May.
The initiative, which launched in 2025 as part of a wider partnership between ITV and The Walt Disney Company, sees both companies offer curated selections of each other’s streaming catalogues to help viewers sample content they might otherwise miss. For ITVX users, that means a regularly refreshed mix of comedy, drama, factual and family titles from across Disney’s portfolio.
This spring’s line-up is a pretty eclectic one too, ranging from animated sci-fi and Marvel spin-offs to true crime docs, psychological thrillers and sitcom favourites.
Kicking things off in April are ‘Futurama’ Series 12 and ‘K.C. Undercover’ Series 1, with the return of Matt Groening’s beloved sci-fi comedy joined by Zendaya’s Disney Channel spy comedy. A week later, ITVX adds ‘Cougar Town’ Series 1 and the brilliant Australian crime dramedy ‘Mr Inbetween’ Series 1.
Mid-April then brings ‘The Dropout’, the acclaimed drama charting the rise and fall of Elizabeth Holmes and Theranos, led by Amanda Seyfried (The Dropout, Mamma Mia!) in the central role. Later in the month, viewers also get comedy film ‘Date Night’, starring Steve Carell (The Office) and Tina Fey (30 Rock), plus ‘The Book of Boba Fett’ Series 1 for Star Wars fans, alongside true crime docuseries ‘Death in the Dorms’.
May’s titles continue the broad mix. Early in the month, ITVX adds psychological thriller ‘The Patient’, again starring Steve Carell (The Office), and sitcom ‘Shifting Gears’ Series 1, led by Tim Allen (Home Improvement) and Kat Dennings (2 Broke Girls). That’s followed by animated fantasy favourite ‘The Owl House’ Series 1 and documentary series ‘In Vogue: The 90s’, before family comedy ‘Liv and Maddie’ arrives later in the month.
Rounding out the latest drop is ‘Lie To Me’ Series 1, starring Tim Roth (Tin Star, Pulp Fiction) as deception expert Dr. Cal Lightman, a role that became a firm fan favourite when the crime drama originally aired.
It’s another smart refresh for the ITVX rail, and one that continues to show how broad the Disney library really is beyond the usual blockbuster brands. Whether you’re after cult animation, prestige drama, family viewing or something a little darker, this latest batch has a bit of everything.
