by Dave Elliott

Looking for everything coming to Disney+ UK in June 2026? Here’s your complete guide to the biggest new TV shows, movies, returning favourites and documentaries landing this month.

June 2026 on Disney+ UK brings a big mix of comedy, travel, anime, drama and one very sizeable trip back to Pandora. FX’s The Bear returns for its fifth and final season, Avatar: Fire and Ash arrives on streaming, and Mindy Kaling’s new comedy Not Suitable for Work kicks off the month with Manhattan career chaos.

There is also a new original comedy in Alice and Steve, National Geographic’s Best of the World with Antoni Porowski, new episodes of Will Trent, American Dad, and a strong anime line-up featuring Naruto, Dragon Ball Super and My Hero Academia.

Apples Never Fall

Streaming from Monday, 1st June 2026
This drama lands on Disney+ in June, bringing family secrets, suspicion and mystery to the line-up. The Delaney family seems happy but Joy disappears, forcing her husband and four adult children to reassess their family history. Annette Bening and Sam Neill star.

Not Suitable for Work

3-episode launch from Tuesday, 2nd June 2026
From Mindy Kaling comes a new original comedy following five work-obsessed twenty-somethings in Manhattan, all chasing professional success while trying, occasionally and probably badly, to make room for personal happiness. Expect career ambition, friendship chaos and the sort of quarter-life panic that makes “having it all” look like a clerical error made by a goblin.

Will Trent (Season 4)

Streaming from Wednesday, 3rd June 2026
The crime drama returns as special agent Will Trent continues to use his sharp observational skills and unconventional instincts to crack difficult cases.

That Thrifting Show with Lara Spencer

Streaming from Wednesday, 3rd June 2026
Lara Spencer fronts this thrifting series, bringing vintage finds, hidden gems and bargain-hunting treasure to Disney+ UK. Two design teams race to transform identical rooms using vintage and thrift finds. Expert Spencer guides them as they create stylish spaces on tight time and budget constraints.

American Dad (Season 21)

Streaming from Wednesday, 3rd June 2026
The long-running animated comedy returns with more absurd adventures from Stan Smith, his deeply strange family and the chaos-magnet alien Roger. Expect the usual blend of political satire, surreal nonsense and the sort of family dysfunction only animation can legally survive.

Alice and Steve

All episodes streaming from Monday, 8th June 2026
Alice is horrified when her best friend Steve starts dating her 26-year-old daughter Izzy. Faced with the prospect of losing both her daughter and best mate in one spectacular emotional bin fire, Alice launches a campaign to break them up, using everything from threats and begging to career sabotage. Unfortunately for Alice, Steve is ready for battle, and what began as a close friendship descends into all-out war. As Alice’s husband Daniel grows increasingly alarmed by her behaviour, Steve remains determined to make things work with Izzy, whether Alice likes it or not.

Best of the World with Antoni Porowski

All episodes streaming from Monday, 8th June 2026
National Geographic’s new travel series sees Antoni Porowski explore some of the world’s most extraordinary cities, inspired by Nat Geo’s Best of the World franchise. Across Paris, Mexico City, London and New York City, Antoni seeks out authentic experiences, memorable food, standout places to stay and the people who give each destination its character. It is part travel guide, part cultural deep dive, and a handy way to daydream about your next city break without immediately checking flight prices like a reckless little holiday gremlin.

Naruto (Season 3)

Streaming from Wednesday, 10th June 2026
Anime continues to build on Disney+ UK as Naruto returns with season three. Rivalries heat up, training intensifies and the young ninja’s journey continues with more action, ambition and classic shonen drama.

Dragon Striker

Streaming from Wednesday, 10th June 2026
Blending European fantasy with Japanese animation influences, Dragon Striker brings high-energy action to the Disney+ anime line-up this June. In an elite academy where sports and magic combine, farm boy Key discovers his ultra-powerful natural talent and learns he may be destined to become the legendary Dragon Striker. He joins the fierce goalkeeper Ssyelle to form a scrappy team of underdogs who take on the school champions. As Key struggles to control the raging dragon inside him and Ssyelle captains the team to a series of upset victories, they learn dark secrets of the past and uncover an ancient evil that threatens them all.

Still no sign on NCIS Season 23 then???? Presume that a decision has been made for the UK never to be shown it. Wonder what we have done to desire that! If anyone does have any up to date news, can you please let the rest of us know?
