Paramount+ has released first-look images and confirmed a July UK and Ireland premiere for ‘The Crow Girl’ Season 2, with Eve Myles (The Guest, Gone) and Katherine Kelly (Mr Bates vs The Post Office, In Flight) returning to lead the dark thriller.
The 6×60-minute second series once again follows DCI Jeanette Kilburn, played by Eve Myles, and Dr. Sophia Craven, played by Katherine Kelly, as the investigation takes another deeply disturbing turn. This time, Jeanette is hunting the killers of young male asylum seekers, but the case becomes even more twisted when a mummified body is discovered hidden inside a church wall, and another body is found in a freezer. Naturally, because this is The Crow Girl, things are not going to get lighter from there…
As Jeanette digs further into the case, Sophia begins to suspect Victoria Burkeman, her mysterious and unstable former patient, could somehow be involved. But as the clues mount and the investigation grows darker, Sophia starts to wonder whether Victoria is far more familiar than she first appeared. Meanwhile, Jeanette is forced to confront a terrifying possibility: the killer may be much closer than she ever imagined.
The second series of ‘The Crow Girl’ has been commissioned by Paramount+ and is produced by Buccaneer Media in association with ITV Studios, which also handles international distribution.
Based on the bestselling novels by Erik Axl Sund, the first season of ‘The Crow Girl’ delivered a grim and gripping psychological thriller, mixing police procedural with trauma, obsession, and some extremely unsettling secrets. With Myles and Kelly back at the centre of the story, Season 2 looks set to push both Jeanette and Sophia into even murkier territory.
‘The Crow Girl’ Season 2 premieres Monday, 20th July 2026 exclusively on Paramount+ in the UK and Ireland. If you want to keep track of this or any other shows, you can add them via our Never Miss system, and you’ll be notified when it gets a UK premiere date. Visit Never Miss.
