‘The Hunting Party’ returns to the UK this July, as U&alibi lines up the second season of the crime thriller for its UK premiere.
The series follows a specialist team tracking down escaped serial killers from a top-secret prison known as The Pit. Season two pushes the group into even murkier territory, as the cases become more psychologically twisted, the stakes grow sharper, and personal secrets begin to crash into the mission.
The returning cast includes Melissa Roxburgh (Manifest) as Bex, Josh McKenzie (La Brea) as Shane Florence, Patrick Sabongui (The Flash) as Jacob Hassani, and Nick Wechsler (Revenge) as Oliver Odell.
In the season two premiere, Bex fights to have the team reinstated so they can catch Boogeyman killer Ron Simms, played by guest star Eric McCormack (Will & Grace). Simms is targeting women searching for love, meaning time is running out before he leaves more than broken hearts behind.
Whilst fans can enjoy the new season, it is worth noting this will also be the final run. NBC cancelled ‘The Hunting Party’ after two seasons, and although there had initially been talk of shopping the show elsewhere, the cast options have now expired, meaning the series is fully done rather than simply “waiting for a new home.”
The second season runs for 13 episodes, with the drama available both on U&alibi and on demand via Sky, Virgin Media and NOW.
‘The Hunting Party’ Season 2 premieres Thursday, 30th July 2026 at 9pm on U&alibi in the UK, and is available on demand via Sky, Virgin Media and NOW.
