Netflix has announced another sizeable wave of casting for ‘Myron Bolitar’, its upcoming adaptation of Harlan Coben’s long-running series of sports agent mystery novels.
The new arrivals include Melissa Benoist (The Waterfront, Supergirl), Bebe Neuwirth (Chicago, The Faculty), Griffin Dunne (After Hours, This Is Us), Isaiah Hill (Swagger, One Spoon of Chocolate), Amanda Warren (East New York, The Night Agent), Quincy Isaiah (Winning Time), Charlie Tahan (A Complete Unknown, Ozark), Jamie Hector (Bosch, The Wire) and Sandrine Holt (Your Friends & Neighbors, The Shrouds).
Leading the series is Colin Woodell (The Continental, The Flight Attendant) as Myron Bolitar, a former basketball prospect whose NBA dreams are brought to an abrupt end by injury. Reinventing himself as a sports agent, Myron uses his charm, intelligence and occasionally questionable methods to protect his clients while navigating the grubby, high-stakes world surrounding professional sport.
KJ Apa (Riverdale, The Map That Leads to You) stars as Myron’s wealthy and ruthless partner Win Lockwood, with Diane Guerrero (Doom Patrol, Orange Is the New Black) as Esperanza Diaz.
The previously announced cast also includes Jabari Banks (Bel-Air) as promising basketball player Dwayne Richmond, Chloe Fineman (Saturday Night Live) as Parker Quinn, Jamie McShane (Bloodline, The Lincoln Lawyer) as Detective Ray Dimonte, and Ben McKenzie (Gotham, The O.C.) as Gavin Pierce.
Among the new additions, Ra’Mya Latiah Aikens (Romeo and Juliet) joins as series regular Wanda Green, Dwayne’s charming and intelligent fiancée, who is determined to protect both him and their relationship.
Amanda Warren plays Dwayne’s mother, Deanna Richmond, who worries about the pressure being placed upon her son but retains complete faith in Myron. Isaiah Hill appears as Jayden Elder, an incoming college freshman and generational basketball talent expected to become the first overall selection in the NBA draft.
Quincy Isaiah plays Rodney Keys, an NBA star represented by Myron who possesses a big heart but considerably less reliable decision-making skills.
Meanwhile, Bebe Neuwirth and Griffin Dunne take on the roles of Myron’s parents, Ellen and Alan Bolitar. Ellen is a former public defender, while Alan shares an especially close relationship with his son and remains a dependable source of advice and support.
Melissa Benoist plays Valerie Simpson, a former tennis star attempting to revive her career five years after suffering a tragic and mysterious breakdown in the middle of a match.
Charlie Tahan joins as Roger Quincy, an unconventional man trying to escape his past despite repeatedly finding himself drawn back towards it. Jamie Hector plays Avery Crowder, a figure with a criminal history who is determined to establish himself in the sports business by any means necessary.
Rounding out the new cast is Sandrine Holt as Detective Sharon Steele, a member of the major case squad brought in to investigate a high-profile crime.
Inspired by Coben’s longest-running character series, which currently spans 12 novels, ‘Myron Bolitar’ is being adapted by David E. Kelley (Margo’s Got Money Troubles, Presumed Innocent, Big Little Lies) and Kyle Long (Suits, Unsolved: The Murders of Tupac and the Notorious B.I.G.). The pair will serve as writers, co-showrunners and executive producers.
Greg Yaitanes (Presumed Innocent, House of the Dragon) will direct multiple episodes and executive produce. Additional executive producers include Matthew Tinker, Harlan Coben and Rick Muirragui.
The drama continues the increasingly busy partnership between Netflix and Coben, which began in 2018 and has already produced adaptations including ‘Fool Me Once’, ‘Missing You’, ‘Run Away’, ‘The Stranger’, ‘Stay Close’ and ‘I Will Find You’.
According to Netflix, ‘I Will Find You’ became its biggest original scripted debut of 2026, reaching number one on the English-language television chart for four consecutive weeks and attracting 74 million views by its third week.
A premiere date for ‘Myron Bolitar’ has not yet been announced.
