‘Percy Jackson And The Olympians’ Season 3 Sets November Disney+ Premiere Following SDCC Reveal

by Dave Elliott

Percy Jackson and the Olympians is returning to Disney+ this November, with the cast and creators announcing the Season 3 premiere during a packed Hall H panel at San Diego Comic-Con.

The new season will adapt Rick Riordan’s The Titan’s Curse, marking the first time the third instalment of the bestselling fantasy book series has been brought to the screen.

Season 3 raises the stakes considerably for Percy following the sudden disappearance of Annabeth. At the same time, the Oracle of Delphi delivers the Great Prophecy, which warns that a demigod child of the “Big Three” is destined either to raise Olympus to new heights or bring it crashing down, with their own life hanging in the balance.

Fans attending the Hall H panel were treated to the opening act of the Season 3 premiere episode. The footage was introduced through a video message from Leah Sava Jeffries, who was unable to attend as she is currently filming ‘The Cheetah Girls: Next Gen’ overseas.

The panel featured Walker Scobell as Percy Jackson, Aryan Simhadri as Grover Underwood, Charlie Bushnell as Luke Castellan, Tamara Smart as Thalia Grace, Levi Chrisopulos as Nico di Angelo and Olive Abercrombie as Bianca di Angelo. They were joined by executive producers Craig Silverstein and Dan Shotz, with the panel moderated by content creator and Percy superfan Juju Green.

The main cast for Season 3 of ‘Percy Jackson and the Olympians’ also includes Leah Sava Jeffries as Annabeth Chase. Given the events which launch The Titan’s Curse, her disappearance looks set to send Percy and his fellow demigods on their most dangerous quest yet.

Away from Hall H, the ‘Percy Jackson and the Olympians’ Experience also returned to Comic-Con with a suitably enormous trident. Visitors can follow paths inspired by Percy, Annabeth or Thalia, uncovering prophecy-based clues, Easter eggs from the upcoming season and exclusive Camp Half-Blood pins.

The series was created by Rick Riordan and Jonathan E. Steinberg. Steinberg, Dan Shotz and Craig Silverstein executive produce alongside Rick Riordan, Rebecca Riordan, Ellen Goldsmith-Vein, Jeremy Bell, Bert Salke, James Bobin, Jim Rowe, Albert Kim, Sarah Watson and Tamara Becher-Wilkinson. Jet Wilkinson serves as an executive producer on the final two episodes of the season.

The first two seasons of ‘Percy Jackson and the Olympians’ are available to stream now on Disney+.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 3 premieres Friday, 20th November 2026 on Disney+.
