After last week’s US Upfronts craziness, things return somewhat back to normal, as we bring you the latest in TV, film and gaming news, plus an interview with ‘The Americans’ and ‘Sneaky Pete’ composer Nathan Barr!

Emmy-nominated composer Nathan Barr has received critical acclaim for his unmatched versatility, incorporating eclectic instruments from music cultures across the world. He is currently scoring the 5th season of award-winning series ‘The Americans’ starring Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys, for which Nathan received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Original Main Title Theme Music. With the current political climate, ‘The Americans’ has had a meteoric rise in popularity, and has become a cultural benchmark.

He also composes AMC’s multi-generational epic ‘The Son’, starring Pierce Brosnan, and Amazon’s brilliant con man drama ‘Sneaky Pete’. His previous work includes the emmy-winning and fan-favorite series, ‘True Blood’ and Netflix’s ‘Hemlock Grove’, for which Nathan earned his second Emmy nomination for the main title theme.
