Your out of luck unfortunately. Season 7 is confirmed as the final season.
Is True Blood still shown on terrestrial television?
Unfortunately not. Channel 4 stopped picking it up, meaning 2nd run rights reverted to Sky (as part of the HBO deal).

It should start 17th of July in the UK. that’s what i have read.
I cant wait for this season to come over to the UK it seems like ages away. From the clips and bits of episodes I have seen this might be the best season yet but I dont nothing can beat season 4 :)
do we know the date for airing in the uk yet?
Normally it is around the middle of September if it uis coming over here this year but if it is next year then it might be June/ July :)
so hope we dont have to wait until september
