Here’s a nice little treat the folks at NBC and DC dropped late yesterday. The, sadly, cancelled NBC/DC sitcom ‘Powerless‘ apparently had unaired episodes sat on a shelf at their offices, and one of those episodes happened to have a guest role by recently deceased Adam West.
“Win, Luthor, Draw” has now been uploaded online for a limited time as a tribute to Adam and his DC legacy as the iconic 60’s Batman.
This is just the latest in a string of tributes to the beloved actor. A couple of days ago Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and Police Department Chief Charlie Beck joined with West’s family and friends to light a ceremonial Bat-signal at City Hall.
Sadly ‘Powerless‘ never made it to this side of the pond before being yanked off air, so it’s nice to at least be able to see one episode in full, even if it is to mark the loss of a wonderful, beloved, actor.
