‘Upload’ fans, get ready for one last trip to Lakeview, as Prime Video has released the official trailer for the hit sci-fi comedy’s final season — a four-part finale event arriving this August.
From Emmy-winning writer Greg Daniels (The Office, Parks and Recreation, King of the Hill), ‘Upload’ takes us to a technologically advanced future where holographic phones, self-driving cars, AI assistants, and 3D food printers are part of everyday life. In this world, death is optional… if you have the funds. Instead of facing the great unknown, the wealthy can be “uploaded” to a luxurious digital afterlife, enjoying all the perks of a high-end resort — at least, until things start to glitch.
The Upload final season promises to deliver the show’s signature mix of sharp humour, romance, and biting social commentary, while raising the stakes higher than ever before.
