Netflix has released the full trailer for ‘I Will Find You’, the upcoming Harlan Coben thriller starring Sam Worthington (Avatar), Britt Lower (Severance) and Milo Ventimiglia (This Is Us), as the streamer’s latest Coben adaptation prepares to arrive this June.
The eight-episode series adapts Coben’s 2023 novel of the same name, following David Burroughs, a man serving life in prison for the murder of his own son. There is, however, one rather massive problem with that: David didn’t do it. When new evidence suggests his son may actually still be alive, David breaks out of prison and sets out on a desperate mission to uncover the truth.
The new trailer gives us a better look at the thriller’s central mystery, as David goes from grieving father and convicted murderer to fugitive, chasing clues which could either prove his innocence, expose a wider conspiracy, or send him straight back behind bars. This being a Coben story, probably all three, with several family secrets and suspiciously intense conversations along the way.
As we noted when the teaser landed, ‘I Will Find You’ is particularly interesting as it marks the first series in Coben’s Netflix partnership to be set in the United States. Many of Netflix’s recent Coben hits, including ‘Fool Me Once’, ‘Stay Close’, ‘Missing You’ and ‘Run Away’, have been UK-set adaptations, often made with Danny Brocklehurst and Quay Street Productions. This one instead brings things closer to the usual setting of Coben’s novels, which are generally based across the Atlantic.
Worthington stars as David Burroughs, with Lower playing Rachel Mills, David’s ex-sister-in-law and a former decorated reporter who uncovers evidence suggesting there may be far more to the case than anyone realised. Ventimiglia plays Hayden, Rachel’s ex-boyfriend and close confidant, who comes from a prominent Boston family and works for their philanthropic foundations.
The cast also includes Logan Browning (Dear White People) as FBI Fugitive Task Force agent Sarah Greer, Erin Richards (Gotham) as David’s ex-wife Cheryl Dreason, Jonathan Tucker (Westworld) as police Sgt. Adam Mackenzie, Chi McBride (Pushing Daisies) as FBI legend Max Williams, Madeleine Stowe (12 Monkeys) as Gertrude Payne, and Clancy Brown (The Penguin) as semi-retired mobster Nicky Fisher.
Also appearing are Hugh Thompson (Forgive Me), Peter Outerbridge (Orphan Black), Christopher Redman (CSI: Miami), Eric Johnson (The Knick), Greg Bryk (Bitten), Kate Vernon (Battlestar Galactica), Tara Rosling (Star Trek: Discovery), Darrin Baker (The Boys), Aaron Ashmore (Killjoys), Nicola Correia-Damude (The Boys), Rachel Wilson (Republic of Doyle) and Billy MacLellan (The Expanse).
‘I Will Find You’ comes from creator, showrunner, executive producer and writer Robert Hull, with Coben also serving as executive producer through Final Twist Productions. Bryan Wynbrandt and Steven Lilien serve as executive producers and writers, with John Weber and Brad Anderson also executive producing. Directors on the series include Anderson, Maja Vrvilo, Adam Davidson and Maggie Kelly.
‘I Will Find You’ premieres Thursday, 18th June 2026 on Netflix.
