Historical drama from US channel History (although the final half of the final season is premiering on Amazon worldwide.) First UK run courtesy of Amazon Prime, then airing on the History Channel UK.
Where is season 5 part b on history channel?
Who knows? They’ll probably do what SYFY did with 12 Monkeys and not bother showing it, or Universal with Mr Robot. It’s a good scam for Sky to show the first few series then stop, meaning we have to subscribe to Amazon or Netflix to finish it, TV is getting messy.
When will season 3 come to 5Spike? Or any other Freeview channel?
I was wondering that too, at the moment i’m re watching season 1 but wish they’d hurry up with season 3
I’m a late comer to Vikings and have been watching on 5spike , are they going to continue the series or will it be shown on a different free to air channel?
When is season 5 going to be aired on history UK it’s already been on Amazon looking at the above listing?
Anybody realise that Vikings Season 1 is airing on Blaze? (Freeview new channel) Started 28th Feb
Yes I’m from Newport UK, used to watch Vikings series 1 on blaze. Loved it! So why did the Chanel stop showing it? [email protected] is my email if anyone knows why!!?
Can anyone tell me if the vikings cast are going to tour the uk in the near future thanks

Can anyone tell me when Season 4 of VIkings will be aired on History channel in UK? Have Seasons 1-3 on box set. Understood due to start on 18th Feb 2016?
As you can see above History hasn’t aired season 3 yet. Season 4 starts in a few days but on Amazon. Going on the pattern above it’ll probably another year or so before it reaches the History channel.
When is season 3 showing in UK I watched last 2 seasons on sky’s history channel
There isn’t a date set yet,my it based on previous years, it’ll likely be in the spring.
Hi we were watching vikings season one on lifetime on sky in ireland and am wondering when season 2 will start showing and what channel and when and what channel season 3 will start
We don’t have information on other countries, but here in UK, the seasons appear on History quite a while after the first run on Amazon. I don’t know, mbut presumably you can check if you get Amazon instant in your country – if so, they have the first two seasons and as you’ll see above, the third coming soon
Hi Timmy
I was watching series one on lifetime up until almost two weeks ago ,when Ragnar was away with his son and brother and his brother agreed to betray him.Was that the end of the series? If so the series wasn’t very long and also what a lot of unanswered endings to story lines!!! I hope it’ll be back soon
I don’t know how season 1 ended because I didn’t get that far, but yes it is quite short, with nine episodes. Fear not, there are at least two more seasons.
Season 2 was on RTE 2 in September, so maybe you can get it on the RTE player? Hoping they’ll have season 3 soon
Just finished watching series 1 on the History channel, and the VoiceOver man said to rejoin for series 2 on History in 2015.
Thank you, Steve
can anyone tell me when season 2 is showing in the uk please?.
Seasons 1 and 2 are available on Amazon Instant. Season 1 had a second run on History but there is no indication if that will be repeated for season 2. If I recall, the time between Amazon and History for season 1 was quite long, so if season 2 comes to History, it could be quite some time yet
this starts on may 13 2014 at 10pm on history channel
Thank you. Will get that updated.
If Lovefilm still do the first free month trial, sign up, watch it all and cancel.
Sounds like all episodes are available off the bat.
It is unfair for a TV show to be shown on normal TV in other countries but we in the UK have to pay yet another cost to watch it on a subscription service forcing several months payment out of the person because they want to watch the show.
IF I can find it to download then I will.
Other countries have streaming services like these too. The issue is not unique to the UK and it is just a sign of the times i am afraid.
Totally agree with you keltic. I used to have Lovefilm but got sky so i could watch series like these. Bit of a kick in the teeth that they’ve now sold the rights to lovefilm.
Do you no when Vikings will be aired in the UK!
No I don’t know I’m afraid, as it hasn’t yet been bought by anybody here.
I watched it online and ‘downloaded’ it for older family members to enjoy, had to being in the UK. Awesome series will spread by word of mouth over here
We never “have to” do that.
yes we do “have to”…if we didnt nothing would happen….
I “have to” go and put petrol/gas in my car otherwise it would stop
Presumably buying the petrol / gas legally. As for Vikings, the issue is long since moot, as it is legally available via Lovefilm, with season 2 starting very soon.
