Just checked my Sky Tv Guide (Saturday 11th October 14) and on Friday the 24th October at 8pm is a programme about Andy Murry not Agents of Shield. Any idea of the date coz the info you’ve given isn’t the right one!!

    • Andrew Andrew says:

The Andy Murray thing is on the 17th. The 24th is a full week later

      • Jodie says:

Yep. Just figured that out. I suppose that’s what I get for not doubled checking the dates!! Just caught a advert of the new season and was able to press the “reminder” button!! Panic over. Don’t want to miss this season like I missed the started of the 2nd half of the 1st season!!

  2. LJ says:

okay, I did a little more research and Channel 4 had this to say:

“S.H.I.E.L.D. will be returning to Channel 4 most likely in March (exact date tbc). This is so that we can air the remainder of the series at one episode a week with no more breaks in between episodes.”

Great, MARCH? how on Earth are we supposed to wait until then? God Damn Channel 4!

    • Dave Dave says:

      Hi LJ,

That was in reference to the break they had to take post Christmas for season 1 this year, not the airing of season 2. If you notice, they refer to the ‘remainder of the series’ – aka the second half of season 1, not season 2.

      Cheers,
      Dave

  3. LJ says:

Did AOS air at the same time as the US last time? IF so, I think it’s incredibly unfair that Channel 4 is forcing their fans to wait, while being teased with spoilers on social media websites constantly. Come on Channel 4, buck your ideas up!

  4. JokerFC says:

RTE2 in Ireland had AOS season 1 at virtually the same time as Channel 4 last year…..airing the show on the Sunday after C4. Hopefully RTE gets the jump this year as they do with so many shows.

  5. […] this Tuesday. Nothing has been yet confirmed 100% for the UK release of season 2, but according to geektown.com it could be October this year. If that’s the case then the UK won’t have too long to […]

  6. TamTam says:

If I’m honest, I thought the show started out a little slow, but, boy did it take off. I have been very impressed with the first season, and I look forward to the return of the second season. I also look forward to finding out why Centipede and The Girl In The Flower Dress are so interested in Agent Coulson. Further more, I would love to see the introduction of more super powered people, whether they be hero or villain. I would also like to know when it starts again on UK tv, the only start date I can find is Jan 7th but that’s America, can anyone help me out???

  7. Pete says:

Seriously no UK broadcaster has picked this up yet, maybe they are waiting to see how it performs since Joss’s last couple of TV attempts were cult hits but sadly.not really big enough for TV bosses

    • Andrew Andrew says:

No UK broadcaster has confirmed having bought it yet.

However, there’s no rush- it hasn’t started yet.

Lets see the facts here, Joss Whedon directed Marvel’s The Avengers (or Avengers Assemble for UK Audiences) Agent’s of S.H.I.E.L.D. is a spinoff from Avengers, what could the problem be?

      NOTHING!!!

  8. Will be keeping my eye on GeekTown for this one! Love Joss. Love Coulson. CAN’T WAIT!
