The 1st ever for me to atend a Premiere. Being a Star trek fan I could not pass up this oportunity to go and see if i can get to see the “stars”. Got there at 17:15hrs and people started to arrive at about 18:00hrs. I was right opposite the entrance to The Empire Theatre and extremely close to the barrier. I maaged to get some really good pictures on my little Nokia N95, in fact all the main characters EXCEPT the lead, Chris Pine who appeared to us all calling his name to ignore us and go in the theatre. Now I know he was running late but everyone else managed a few minutes to meet the fans of Star Trek, although I soon realised there were also a few weird people in the audience.
Still, he is gorgeous enough I guess to forgive, but I hope next time he comes off his high perch for autographs and some picture opportunitiesfor us mere mortals.
Live long & Prosper.
