Here at GeekTown we rather like the slightly wacky, and this video capturing First Direct going that extra mile with their customer service seems to qualify!
It appears that rather than restrain themselves to the confines of helping you with your bank account and mortgage, First Direct have decided to take their reputedly brilliant customer service out into the streets with their new Buddy Program. This involves sending a team of ‘buddies’ out into the streets of London to help members of the general public, and bring smiles to people’s faces.
The example below shows them throwing a impromptu birthday party for one lucky bystander!
