‘Marvel’s Inhumans‘ are coming this month, as Sky announce a UK premiere date of Wednesday, 25th October 2017 at 9pm on Sky 1 for the latest superhero tv show.
Thought you had family problems? Think again. This lot are a super dysfunctional household where a shouting match could obliterate a planet and stomping out of the room could level a continent.
At the heart of their issues is a huge rivalry between Black Bolt (Anson Mount – ‘Hell On Wheels’) the enigmatic leader of all Inhumans and his brother Maximus (Iwan Rheon – ‘Game Of Thrones’). When it comes to the future of their people, these guys seriously don’t see eye to eye. And talking it over isn’t really an option as Black Bolt’s voice is so powerful that the teeniest whisper could destroy a city.
Years of rowing come to a head when Maximus stages a coup that splinters the Royals and strands them in Hawaii. Shocked by their bright and rather lush new surroundings (they come from the dark side of the moon) and unsure who they can trust on Earth, the family must find a way to reunite and return home before their way of life is destroyed forever. Serinda Swan, Eme Ikwuakor and Isabelle Cornish also star.
There have been a lot of stories circulating about ‘Inhumans’, so I just wanted to clarify. The show is not cancelled as some reports would have you believe… Like any show, it’s possible it may be cancelled in the future, but as of right now, it’s very much alive. Some critics have been extremely harsh on it, but I would say go and check it out for yourselves and form your own opinions.
