The 3rd Season of supernatural western drama ‘Wynonna Earp‘ will arrive in July 5Spike has announced.
The show follows Wynonna Earp, Wyatt Earp’s great-granddaughter, as she battles demons and other creatures. With her unique abilities and a posse of dysfunctional allies, she’s the only thing that can bring the paranormal to justice.
As we enter Season 3, something wicked this way comes… In fact, Bulshar Clootie has the honour of being Purgatory’s original ne’er-do-well. But after being stymied by Wyatt Earp himself two centuries before, the town’s onetime excuse for a sheriff has now awoken, and with him, Wynonna and co’s darkest days.
Having already entrusted her newborn child to the loving (but geographically remote) care of Great-Aunt Gus, Wynonna must now face head-on the entity who originally cursed Wyatt and his line. If there is a silver lining for the new mum, however, it may just be the unexpected reappearance of her own, long-dead mother…
The series main cast includes Melanie Scrofano (‘Damien, The Listener’) as Wynonna, Shamier Anderson (‘Defiance’) as Deputy Marshal Xavier Dolls, Tim Rozon (‘Being Human US’, ‘Lost Girl’) as con artist Doc Holliday and Dominique Provost-Chalkley (‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’) as Wynonna’s sister Waverly Earp.
