Sky Witness has acquired the UK broadcast rights to ‘FBI’ spin-off series ‘FBI: Most Wanted‘ it has been announced.
From Emmy Award winner Dick Wolf and the team behind ‘FBI’ and the ‘Law & Order’ franchise, ‘FBI: Most Wanted’ is a high-stakes drama that focuses on the Fugitive Task Force, which relentlessly tracks and captures the notorious criminals on the Bureau’s Most Wanted list. Seasoned agent Jess LaCroix oversees the highly skilled team that functions as a mobile undercover unit that is always out in the field, pursuing those who are most desperate to elude justice.
Julian McMahon (‘Runaways’, ‘Nip/Tuck’) leads the cast as Jess LaCroix, FBI Supervisory Special Agent, an “agent’s agent” at the top of his game. He oversees the team from the FBI’s Most Wanted Unit, which is assigned the most extreme and egregious cases. The aforementioned team includes Roxy Sternberg (‘Absentia’, ‘Mars’) as FBI Special Agent and Second-in-Command Sheryll Barnes, Kellan Lutz (‘The Comeback’, ‘The Twilight Saga’) as FBI Special Agent Kenny Crosby, Keisha Castle-Hughes (‘Game of Thrones’) as FBI Analyst Hana Gibson, and Nathaniel Arcand (‘Heartland’, ‘Black Summer’) as FBI Special Agent Clinton Skye.
The series is created by René Balcer (‘Law & Order’ franchise) and produced by Wolf Entertainment, CBS Television Studios and Universal Television. Dick Wolf, René Balcer, Arthur W. Forney and Peter Jankowski exec produce.
‘FBI: Most Wanted‘ Season 1 will premiere later in 2020 on Sky Witness.
