‘Men in Kilts’ Heads To New Zealand For Season 2, Premiering August On LIONSGATE+ UK
‘Men in Kilts‘ is back for Season 2 on LIONSGATE+ UK this August as the road trip series sees Outlander’s Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish head to New Zealand!
The hit travel docuseries ‘Men in Kilts: A Roadtrip with Sam and Graham’ returns with ‘Outlander’ stars Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish as they travel down under and hit the road again for a four-episode second season – this time in the adventure capital of the world: New Zealand.
LIONSGATE+ has released several first-look images of the second season to give a taste of the wild adventure in store, showing some of their exploits, including a thrilling zip line excursion and spotlighting the enduring friendship between the two men.
The series is “developed” by Heughan and McTavish… which does rather make me wonder if the duo were sat around on set one day, and had a conversation something along the lines of, “Hey Graham… do you think we can get someone to pay us to go on holiday together somewhere?” … “I think it’s worth a shot, Sam.”
The series is produced by Boardwalk Pictures, in association with Sony Pictures Television. Heughan and McTavish conceived the original idea (of getting someone to pay them to go on holiday together…) and serve as executive producers alongside Alexander Norouzi, Andrew Fried, Dane Lillegard, Sarina Roma and Kevin Johnston who also serves as director.
‘Men in Kilts: A Roadtrip with Sam and Graham‘ premieres on Friday, 11 August 2023 on the LIONSGATE+ streaming platform in the UK, and on STARZ in the USA. Season 1 of ‘Men in Kilts’ is available to stream now exclusively on LIONSGATE+.
However, before that, ‘Outlander‘ Season 7, Part 1 premieres on LIONSGATE+ in the UK and STARZ in the USA on Friday, 16th June 2023.
