‘Dutton Ranch‘ has released its official trailer, as Kelly Reilly (Yellowstone) and Cole Hauser (Yellowstone) return as Beth and Rip in the new Paramount+ Original Series, premiering this May.
The nine-episode first season picks up with Beth and Rip staking their claim in Rio Paloma, Texas, as they attempt to build a future together far from the ghosts of ‘Yellowstone’. Of course, this being the Dutton universe, peace is not exactly high on the menu. Instead, the pair find themselves colliding with brutal new realities and a ruthless rival ranch determined to protect its empire at any cost.
In South Texas, blood runs deep, forgiveness appears to be in extremely short supply, and the price of survival may be far higher than either Beth or Rip expected. So, essentially, a quiet little fresh start then…
Alongside Reilly and Hauser, the series stars Finn Little (Yellowstone), Juan Pablo Raba (Narcos), Jai Courtney (Suicide Squad), J.R. Villarreal (Akeelah and the Bee), Marc Menchaca (Ozark), Natalie Alyn Lind (Big Sky), Ed Harris (Westworld) and Annette Bening (Apples Never Fall).
The new drama is produced by Paramount Television Studios and 101 Studios, the companies behind ‘Yellowstone’. Chad Feehan serves as creator, executive producer and showrunner, with the series based on characters created by executive producers Taylor Sheridan and John Linson.
Executive producers also include David C. Glasser, Art Linson, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Christina Alexandra Voros, Michael Friedman, Kelly Reilly, Cole Hauser and Keith Cox. Voros also directs multiple episodes this season, including the premiere episodes and season finale, with Greg Yaitanes, Jessica Lowrey and Phil Abraham also directing.
The series will launch globally on Paramount+ with two episodes, while also premiering on Paramount Network in the US the same day at 8pm ET/PT, before continuing weekly throughout the season.
