Train Dreams is a drama film directed by Clint Bentley and starring Joel Edgerton and Felicity Jones. It is an adaptation by Clint Bentley & Grey Kwedar of the 2011 novel by Denis Johnson.

The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2025, is scheduled to be given a limited theatrical release in early November before streaming worldwide on Nov 21. Logger Robert Grainier (Edgerton) works to develop the railroad across the United States causing him to spend vast times away from his wife (Jones) and daughter, and is struggling with his place in a changing world
