‘Art Detectives’ is a 6-part Acorn TV Original drama starring Stephen Moyer (True Blood, Sexy Beast) as DI Mick Palmer, who teams up with DC Shazia Malik (played by Nina Singh – Virdee, The Lazarus Project) in the Heritage Crime Unit to solve murders linked to the world of art and antiques. From Old Masters to Banksy street art, Viking gold to Titanic relics, the pair navigate greed, obsession and revenge while Mick also contends with a romance with museum curator Rosa (Sarah Alexander – Coupling, Green Wing) and the reappearance of his notorious forger father Ron (Larry Lamb – Gavin & Stacey, EastEnders)
