Wanda believes West Coast rap has the power to reshape American culture, and sets out to bring together a rough-edged group of musical talent who could change the game. But as she is pulled deeper into the overlap between music, street politics and ambition, Leon is trying to leave the streets behind for good through his free legal clinic.
