UPDATE: AICN has posted an article explaining why Bale blew up at DP Shane Hurlbut. He had apparently warned Hurlbut a number of times about his ‘light tweaking’ activities, and when he did it again in a scene described as ‘being the emotional center of the film’, Bale finally flipped. So it was probably a justifiable outburt… It’s still extremely funny though. ;)
