Doesn’t time fly! It seems like only yesterday we were all getting excited to see The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey on the big screen, and now Peter Jackson is releasing the first teaser trailer for part 2 – The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug.
Following on from the previous instalment, The Desolation of Smaug, sees Bilbo (Martin Freeman), Gandalf the Grey (Ian McKellen), and a bunch of dwarves face off agains the great dragon Smaug (voiced by Freeman’s Sherlock co-star, Benedict Cumberbatch).
The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug is due in cinemas December 2013, with the 3rd film – The Hobbit: There and Back Again – due in Dec 2014.
