Sky Witness Sets May UK Premiere Date For ‘9-1-1’ Season 3

It has been a bit of a wait, but Sky Witness has finally set a UK premiere date for 9-1-1‘ Season 3 it has been announced.

‘9-1-1’ explores the high-pressure experiences of first responders, including police officers, firefighters and dispatchers, who are thrust into the most frightening, shocking and heart-stopping situations. These emergency responders must try to balance saving those who are at their most vulnerable with solving the problems in their own lives. The show draws from real-life, high-pressure experiences of first responders who regularly face heart-stopping situations that are often unpredictable, intense and uplifting at the same time.

In the third season premiere, Athena enlists the 118’s help when a teenager speeds out of control on the freeway. Meanwhile, a routine traffic stop uncovers a shocking kidnapping and Buck struggles with his recovery.

Created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, the drama stars Angela Bassett (‘American Horror Story’), Peter Krause (‘Six Feet Under’), Oliver Stark (‘Into The Badlands’), Aisha Hinds (‘Under the Dome’), Kenneth Choi (‘The People v. O.J.’), Ryan Guzman (‘Pretty Little Liars’), Rockmond Dunbar (‘Prison Break’) and Jennifer Love Hewitt (‘Criminal Minds’).

On a side note, for those of you hoping we may also see the spin-off series 9-1-1: Lone Star, Sky has confirmed they have not picked that up at the moment, and it is not currently scheduled to air anywhere in the UK. We will let you know if or when that changes.
