‘Archer’ To End With The Upcoming 14th Season

The multi-award-winning animated series Archer will bow out as US network FXX announce that the upcoming 14th Season will be it’s last.

The animated comedy follows the suave, confident and devastatingly handsome Sterling Archer (H. Jon Benjamin), who may be the world’s greatest spy, but he still has issues with his friends and colleagues who live to undermine and betray one another. Whether set in 1940s Los Angeles, the jungles of South America, or the dangerous islands of the South Pacific, Archer, Lana, Malory, Cheryl/Carol/Charlotte, Cyril, Pam, Ray and Krieger’s misguided misadventures range from attempting to save the world from nuclear disaster to selling illegal narcotics to Colombian cartels.

In Season 14, Archer and The Agency are finding their own way with Lana at the helm. Her goal is to make money while also making the world a better place, but she quickly finds out that running a spy agency isn’t so cut and dry…

Since its launch in 2009, ‘Archer’ has been nominated for 10 Emmy Awards, winning 4,  along with picking up 4 Critics Choice Awards, and 15 Annie Award nominations. It has also garnered critical acclaim and positive reviews from fans and critics across the board.

Alongside Benjamin, the series is voiced by Aisha Tyler as Lana Kane; Judy Greer as Cheryl/Carol Tunt; Chris Parnell as Cyril Figgis; Amber Nash as Pam Poovey; Adam Reed as Ray Gillette; And Lucky Yates as Algernop Krieger. Season 14 sees Natalie Dew join the show as the gang’s new super-agent, Zara Khan.

Archer‘ Season 14 premieres August 30, 2023, at 10pm on FXX in the USA, before premiering on Hulu the following day. The series airs on Netflix in the UK, but does not yet have a premiere date (it’s usually around 3 or 4 months after the US date.) If you want to keep track of this or any other show, you can add them via our Never Miss system, and you’ll be notified when it gets a UK premiere date.
