‘My Life With the Walter Boys‘ is back this August, and Netflix has dropped an official teaser trailer for the highly anticipated second season. The young adult series, based on the bestselling Wattpad novel by Ali Novak, returns with more emotional twists, tangled love triangles, and the ongoing drama of life in Silver Falls.
During a surprise appearance at the Calgary Stampede on Saturday, 5th July, stars Nikki Rodriguez (On My Block), Noah LaLonde (Criminal Minds), and Ashby Gentry (Lethal Weapon) revealed to fans that Season 2 will officially premiere on Thursday, 28th August 2025, exclusively on Netflix. The cast also shared a sneak peek with three brand-new images from the upcoming season.
Season 2 picks up after Jackie’s whirlwind summer in New York City, following her departure from Silver Falls in the wake of Alex’s love confession and a kiss with Cole. But when Katherine persuades Jackie to return to Colorado, she finds her return home anything but simple. With Alex preoccupied by the rodeo and his growing popularity, and Cole struggling to fill the void left by football, tensions mount once again. Jackie must navigate fractured relationships, small-town expectations, and the ongoing pull between the person she was and who she’s becoming — all while trying to find her place with the Walter family.
The returning cast includes Sarah Rafferty (Suits) as Katherine, Marc Blucas (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) as George, Connor Stanhope (Smallville), Johnny Link (Dear Evan Hansen), Corey Fogelmanis (Girl Meets World), Jaylan Evans (All American), Zoë Soul (The Purge), Isaac Arellanes (Ghostwriter), Myles Perez (High School Musical: The Musical: The Series), and many more.
The show is produced by Sony Pictures Television and iGeneration Studios, the company behind The Kissing Booth trilogy. Melanie Halsall returns as showrunner and executive producer alongside Ed Glauser and Becky Hartman Edwards.
