Fans of the Yellowstone universe won’t have to wait too much longer for the next chapter, as ‘Dutton Ranch’ is set to land on Paramount+ this May, bringing Kelly Reilly (Yellowstone) and Cole Hauser (Yellowstone) back as Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler.
The new series picks up with Beth and Rip trying to build a future together away from the shadow of ‘Yellowstone’, but it doesn’t sound like peace is going to come easily. Set in South Texas, the drama sees them facing brutal new challenges and a rival ranch prepared to do whatever it takes to protect its empire.
Alongside Reilly and Hauser, the cast also includes Ed Harris (Westworld), Annette Bening (Nyad), Finn Little (Yellowstone), Juan Pablo Raba (Narcos), Jai Courtney (The Terminal List), J.R. Villarreal (A Million Miles Away), Marc Menchaca (Ozark), and Natalie Alyn Lind (The Goldbergs).
The nine-episode first season marks the launch of another new branch in the ever-expanding ‘Yellowstone’ universe. The show is created by Chad Feehan, based on characters created by Taylor Sheridan and John Linson. Christina Alexandra Voros directs multiple episodes, including the opening instalments and the season finale.
Paramount+ has also released a first teaser and first-look images for the series, teasing a story packed with family tension, power struggles, and the sort of high-stakes ranch warfare fans would expect from this world.
