Sky Witness Sets UK TV Premiere Dates For ‘9-1-1’ Season 2 & ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 15

This October will not only see the return of long-running medical drama Grey’s Anatomy for the 15th Season, but also the continuation of procedural 9-1-1 for its 2nd Season.

‘9-1-1’ explores the high-pressure experiences of police officers, firefighters and dispatchers who are thrust into the most frightening, shocking and heart-stopping situations. These emergency responders must try to balance saving those who are at their most vulnerable with solving the problems in their own lives.

As we return for Season 2, things are heating up as the city bakes on one of the hottest days of the year, and the emergency services are under extreme pressure as the harrowing incidents build, including a road-rage accident involving a van full of tourists, an emergency at an auto-repair shop and a veteran with a live grenade embedded in his leg.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Love Hewitt (‘The Client List’, ‘Ghost Whisperer’) joins the cast as Buck’s sister Maddie, who drops in on her brother unexpectedly. The series stars Angela Bassett, Peter Krause, Oliver Stark, Aisha Hinds, Kenneth Choi, Rockmond Dunbar and Ryan Guzman.

‘Grey’s Anatomy’ follows Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) and the team of doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial who are faced with life-or-death decisions on a daily basis. They seek comfort from one another, and, at times, more than just friendship. Together they discover that neither medicine nor relationships can be defined in black and white.

In the first of a two-part opener, the doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial vie for a new position. Meredith is seemingly distracted and struggles to stay focused, and Maggie finds herself the keeper of a big secret while Amelia and Owen try to figure out their relationship. Meanwhile, Jo and Alex’s honeymoon doesn’t go exactly as planned.

Grey’s Anatomy‘ Season 15 premieres at 9pm and ‘9-1-1‘ Season 2 follows at 10pm on Wednesday, 24th October 2018 on Sky Witness.
