All three seasons of ‘SurrealEstate’ are available to stream right now on Tubi in the UK, bringing the paranormal drama’s full run together in one place.
The arrival is particularly significant for UK viewers because Season 3 is getting its first UK outing. Seasons 1 and 2 previously aired on Sky Sci-Fi, but Sky dropped the series in 2024, leaving the show in limbo for British fans. Tubi’s pickup quietly completes the set, making the entire series free to watch, even after its cancellation.
For those unfamiliar, SurrealEstate follows real estate agent Luke Roman and his elite team, who specialise in selling houses no one else can. These are not fixer-uppers with dodgy plumbing, but properties plagued by ghosts, demons, and deeply unpleasant supernatural residents. The team’s work involves researching, confronting, and “fixing” whatever goes bump in the night, all while wrestling with personal demons that refuse to stay buried.
The series stars Tim Rozon as Luke Roman, the quietly haunted head of the agency, alongside Sarah Levy as Susan Ireland, the firm’s public-facing agent whose own abilities gradually emerge. They are joined by Adam Korson as former priest and paranormal researcher Father Phil Orley, Maurice Dean Wint as tech and architectural specialist August Ripley, and Savannah Basley as Zooey L’L’Enfant, the sharp-witted front desk manager.
Originally launching in 2021, the Canadian-made series ran for three seasons before being cancelled in late 2025. While that means there will be no further episodes, having the full story now available in the UK offers something close to closure, especially for viewers who were cut off after Season 2.

Update (22/01/26) – It seems this may have already been removed from Tubi, frustratingly… It certainly was there when the article was created, but it may only have had a limited license for it. We’ll let you know if the show pops up anywhere else…

This is all so frustrating. Reminds me of the Springsteen song, ‘57 channels (And Nothin’ On)’, and then having to chase around to the most obscure parts of the TV-sphere, to find the one decent thing!
And now it’s gone : (
Just heard back from Tubi. It is going to be added back on a some point soon.
It’s still not on TUBI. How very frustrating…
Can’t find SurrealEstate on Tubi.
And I can get tubi on my LG TV. That’s good.
