Netflix has officially renewed ‘The Lincoln Lawyer’ for a fifth season, and the verdict is in early. The legal drama will be back in court again, with the renewal landing ahead of the show’s Season 4 launch this February.
The series follows Los Angeles defence attorney Mickey Haller, who famously runs his practice from the back of a Lincoln. Season 4 picks up after a major cliffhanger, with Mickey finding himself facing the most personal and dangerous case of his career. While viewers are about to see how that plays out, Netflix has already confirmed the story will continue beyond it.
Creators Ted Humphrey and Dailyn Rodriguez say Season 4 pushes Mickey further than ever before, describing it as his most challenging and emotionally intense journey yet. They also confirm work is already underway on Season 5, which will continue exploring how those events reshape him and his world.
Season 5 will run for 10 episodes and will be based on Resurrection Walk, the seventh novel in the Lincoln Lawyer book series by Michael Connelly.
The drama stars Manuel Garcia-Rulfo as Mickey Haller, alongside Neve Campbell, Becki Newton, Jazz Raycole, Angus Sampson, and Cobie Smulders.
Season 4 of The Lincoln Lawyer premieres Wednesday, 5th February 2026 on Netflix.
