Welcome to GeekTown’s list of renewed and cancelled tv shows. I’ll update this as I get news, but If you spot a renewal, or would like information on a show’s status that’s not in the list, leave it in the comments, and i’ll see what I can find!
I’ve added the season numbers next to each show. All shows are listed with the season it will be on if it gets renewed except the Cancelled/Ending shows which are listed with the season they finished on!
Renewal dates are based on a show being renewed BEFORE END OF MAY 2012. Some shows have already been renewed, but the final fates of all cancelled/renewed shows should be know when each of the networks do their ‘Upfront Presentations‘ on the following dates:
May 14th 2012: NBC & FOX
May 15th 2012: ABC
May 16th 2012: CBS
May 17th 2012: The CW

i cannot believe that Secret Circle has been cancelled and the irony is that Teen Wolf has been renewed for season 2,that was rubbish – I stopped watching it because i was bored with it. My guess is next year there will be no teen Wolf season 3 and there will be secret Circle season 2!!!!!Sad that CSI Miami has been cancelled, oh well i’ll just watch the others. I am very happy though that vampire diaires and true blood have been renewed

There isn’t gonna be a second season. They were both cancelled.
when will new girl come back on channel for for the second half of series one
i carnt belive the secret circle has cancelled im really disappointed you should NOT be able to leave it on a cliff hanger the way you did i excepted more from such a big broadcaster

Breakout Kings has been cancelled
Person of Interest as been picked up by Channel 5 and should air around July
I am so annoyed at The Secret Circle being canceled, I did not expect that and the finale was set up so well for the next series and the same with Alcatraz, I couldn’t believe they canceled it, the plot was amazing. Damn. It’s such a relief Touch is getting renewed though, such a shame the ratings are shaky :S
But does anybody know what’s happening with Switched at Birth on ABC family. I just assumed it would be renewed but it doesn’t seem to appear on either of the lists? thanks.

these were both good tv drama and i looked forward to watching them on a wed and thursday evening.
so sad that they wont be making a second serirs of them.
I agree, loved the end of Secret Circle and it was really well set up for a second season with the Balcoin Circle arriving. Also loved Ringer, would have loved to see where it went in Season 2.
i am totally outraged and upset that there will be no season two of the secret circle and ringer i personally thought them shows were brilliant……:-(

I think it was cancelled
thought it was a shame ringer was cancelled, i would have liked to see the fall out from the big confession – its a pity that we cant have final wrap up episodes of the programs that get canned
i absolutly agree with you its ridiculous that it ended like that and also secret circle…
I saw Heart of Dixie & Really beside it, i laughed at that & realised it was the tv station lol! it started on TV3 last Sun, 2 weeks behind.
It’s a good wee show, light relief but then who doesn’t need that once in a while..
Revenge is coming to E4, saw an ad for it earlier.
